Privacy and cookie notice

Who we are

Avcora Limited is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. If you have a privacy question or want to exercise your data protection rights, email contact@avcora.com.

Information we collect

We may receive information when you:

  • email us or book a consultation through Calendly;
  • discuss a potential project or become a client; or
  • consent to Google Analytics on this website.

This may include your name, business contact details, messages, booking information, and—if Analytics is accepted—information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and interactions with the site. Please do not send confidential or sensitive business data through the website or booking form.

How and why we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and take steps towards providing services.
  • To operate, secure and improve our website and services.
  • To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
  • To measure website use when you have consented to Analytics.

Depending on the situation, we rely on consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in running and improving our business.

Who receives information

We use service providers where necessary to run our business. These include Google Analytics for consented website measurement and Calendly when you choose to book a consultation. Their handling of information is also governed by their own notices: Google Privacy Policy and Calendly Privacy Notice.

Some providers process information outside the UK. Where required, we rely on recognised safeguards for international transfers. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and your rights

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal and accounting requirements. You may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict your information, object to certain uses, request portability, and withdraw consent. Contact us using the email above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and local storage

We do not load Google Analytics until you select “Accept analytics”. You can reject it and continue using the site, or reopen Cookie settings at any time.
